A Long Nap

How come you're not running right now?
No, seriously, grab some headphones and go for a run while you listen.

Bryan and Peter break the podcast silence with their first new episode in 4 months! They are talking up taper traps just before the running of the 2022 Anchor Down Ultra. Thy review how the training cycle for the race has been for them. Plus, Bryan is sad about the end of the print edition of his favorite running magazine. Please join Bryan and Peter in wishing fellow ADU runners Corinne Griffiths and Paul Chekal the best of luck with this year's run!

Chaugust Check In Week 2

We are in week 2 of Chaugust and time to check in on our progress. Peter is not eating bread but is eating 31 different flavors of ice cream while completing his 5k a day. Bryan forgot his big book about the Constitution to read while on vacation but is making up for it by getting all his runs in. And both admit that the journaling needs to stay a priority, as it is the secret to a successful Chaugust. Plus messages and voice memoooooos from Judy, Evan, and of course, Mary from Maine.
