"The Car Talk of running podcasts"

How Was Your Run Today?

We were talked into running the 2015 Boston Marathon, and it was a really incredible experience. We actually trained for almost a whole year. So we do the marathon and it's a roaring success. Well, we finished. Two middle-aged men finished the marathon. Hooray. But all we would do is talk about it and people got really, really tired of us only talking about that. So what you do, naturally, is go into a dark room, just the two of us, and record the conversation and then distribute it so only people who care about running will listen. And guess what? Runners like to listen to stories from other runnings. How Was Your Run Today? was born.
