Chicago Marathon
Chicago is your start line!
October 11, 2026
The Chicago Marathon is a legendary Abbott World Marathon Major that offers a perfect blend of a record-shattering, pancake-flat course and an electric city tour. It stands out because of its distinct course, its massive, energetic crowds, and its rich historical significance. Instead of sticking to one area, the looped course weaves through 29 of Chicago's most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods. Runners get an architectural and cultural tour of the city, passing through places like Chinatown, Little Italy, Pilsen, and Boystown, before finishing in historic Grant Park!

Michael Goff says: "Honored to share that I will be running the Chicago Marathon in October for Ronald McDonald House! I've already been on some calls with the team and have been moved by team members' stories and the mission to help provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families and promote healing when children need healthcare!"
Team RMHC (Team Ronald McDonald House) is an official charity running team that participates in the annual Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Runners join this team to run the 26.2-mile course while raising money to support families with ill or injured children.
