Nick Symmonds

How come you're not running right now?
No, seriously, grab some headphones and go for a run while you listen.

Bryan and Peter interview professional track athlete and two-time Olympian Nick Symmonds. Nick ran the 800 meter for the U.S. in both the Beijing 2008 and London 2012 Olympics, and is now a self-made athletepreneur. Plus, Bryan gets an on-the-spot interview with Ryan Iapicca, winner of the Best Buddies 5K in Lynnfield, MA. Meanwhile, Peter explains what’s happening with his beard.

Chaugust Check In Week 2

We are in week 2 of Chaugust and time to check in on our progress. Peter is not eating bread but is eating 31 different flavors of ice cream while completing his 5k a day. Bryan forgot his big book about the Constitution to read while on vacation but is making up for it by getting all his runs in. And both admit that the journaling needs to stay a priority, as it is the secret to a successful Chaugust. Plus messages and voice memoooooos from Judy, Evan, and of course, Mary from Maine.
