Bryan and Peter get a long-distance visit from friends-of-the-show Dan Adamietz and Riley Gage, who recently completed their own solo ultras. To help prepare Peter and Bryan for their pumpkin spice ultra, they share how they were (safely) paced on the course, what was in their feedbag during and after the race, and how they managed their recovery.
